Stephen Dervan

Speaker bio

Originally from Albany, Georgia, Stephen grew up in a broken home where church attendance wasn’t a priority. He came to faith in Christ as a teenager and felt a call to the ministry soon thereafter. He married his high school sweetheart Rebecca and God has blessed them with 5 children (Cade, Cole, Casen, Carrington, and Caylor).

He has been in full-time ministry for over two decades where he has served churches in Georgia, Tennessee, and Florida. Passionate about teaching God’s Word in a way that connects people to Christ, he believes that the local church is God’s plan A to reach the World. He is passionate about sharing his faith, making disciples, and equipping others to do the same. He has his Master of Divinity from Liberty University Baptist Theological Seminary.

Stephen is the leader pastor of Oak Hill Church in Williamson, GA.

“One week at IMPACT helps commission student disciples, in a context that puts us in a position to disciple other students, who will then disciple more students”

“Impact is one of those camps that leaves an imprint on you. I believe it has a lot to do with what happens in schools sets the tone for what happens when we all come back together. It is truly Heaven intersecting Earth.”
