Are you ready for IMPACT ?

Gold Weekend is our required training for Team Leaders, beginning the Sunday afternoon prior to IMPACT and goes until students arrive on Monday. It is required for all chaperones/ Team Leaders– no exceptions. This is how we maintain the high-quality environment that promotes such rich spiritual growth at Impact. If you have leaders who cannot come up early for Gold Weekend, they cannot serve as Team Leaders. If you cannot provide Team Leaders your church is asked to purchase a “TL Scholarship” which may be purchased online or by calling the Impact office.

Students are housed together by church in the on-campus dorms in gender-specific halls. Adult Chaperones (Team Leaders) are housed together on-campus as well, though they all room separately from students.

Every church is required to bring one adult for every six students registered. These chaperones, including the group leader, will serve as Team Leaders during the week. TLs are assigned a school, paired together (typically one female and one male) and given 8-10 students from their school to form a Family Group. TLs are required to arrive one day prior to students for our TL training during Gold Weekend (see below).

Yes, IMPACT hires a team of nurses to oversee medication distribution during camp. Students are required to see the nurses during check-in to release all prescription medications to their oversight. No exceptions – students will be sent home if they do not turn in their prescribed medications.

• Naming your Students
  • This opens Feb 3rd and will be required for all new registrations
  • Name, Parent Email, Current Grade, and other basic info will be required. 
• Participant Forms and Agreements
  • This opens on Feb 3rd, but will not be required until March 29th.
    • Any new participant will be required to complete this info after April 15th.
  • Their guardians will complete this information (can be done all at once or in sections).
• Housing Forms will be available in March and are due by May 1st.

Yes, we have several rules to ensure that IMPACT remains a powerful environment for spiritual growth. You will find the list of camp rules on the last page of the release forms for students and team leaders.

Due to the nature of the camp, we do not allow non-attendees to come to camp. We know this can make it difficult, but our campus is already maxed out and the schedule is dense, leaving little free time.

$50 per-person deposit required to secure your space at IMPACT

• After Feb 15, deposits are transferable but non-refundable.
• No refunds or transfers to existing balances after March 15.
• Deposits become non-transferable to balance after March 15 and we may release your spots to other groups.
• Final Balance is Due May 1.

Our forms are all online through our registration system.

Team Leader Forms: The names of your TLs need to be in our registration system ASAP as background checks are required. March 31st at the latest.

Housing Form: Your housing form will be sent to you in March and is due on May 1st

Student Forms: This is all done online and you send to the parents/guardians to complete this.
